This is Diani Beach, and it's as breathtaking as it looks. It’s also home to me, Levi Wanyoike - a Strategy and Design consultant.

SCROLL
I wear a number of hats, but at the core, I influence strategic decision-making by coaching leaders and their teams on developing roadmaps and empathetic mindsets needed to create solutions that uplift and inspire lives.
I achieve this through one overarching mindset; Human-centered Design, which is a set of principles, tools and frameworks that place the people you're serving at the centre of the development process, and thus enabling you to create solutions truly tailored to your audience’s needs.

case studies

This journey is captured in my resume, which is the story of my somewhat unusual career path all packed in a single page. Here's a summary.

1994-2009: Graphic/Web Designer
I worked mostly in advertising and in 1996 I discovered this new exciting medium called the internet :) and embraced it.

2009-2016: Brand/UX Designer
These were my freelance years and perhaps where I grew the most. Some tough lessons here as I learnt to play multiple roles.

2016-2020: Brand/Product Designer
I got to work with large interdisciplinary teams both remote and local, and delved deeper into strategy and research.

2020-now: Strategy & design consultant
I took a 2-year sabbatical, and mostly consulted in Brand Strategy and HCD Research. I also launched Sarai, a property development startup.
